See those little cloud icons next to the filenames? That means they are in iCloud and not local in the Mods folder on your Mac, where they need to be.
What app is set to open those files? If they have the .package or .ts4script extension they should show as simply white pages. You have a specific app set which has archived them I think? Right click on one of those files and choose Get Info from the menu that appears. In the pop up window about halfway down you should see an "Open with..." option. If it isn't expanded click the arrow to expand it. This will tell you the app it's using.
