game not saving in Magnolia Promenade lots

I wanted to build an apartment complex in Magnolia Promenade in the one generic lot in the world and it won't save in build mode or live mode, if I want to save, it only works if I exit to manage worlds. If I try to save and exit on the lots, or save and go to manage worlds or the main menu. There's no loading. I click ok and nothing happens.
