Game not working

Question

My game loads normally but does not work correctly after the update 3 or 4 months ago. But can not get into build mode, sims don't move when told they just stand there waving there hand, the icons are not in the right places. Can not see the moods or anything like that. If I do get in build mode or cas it won't let me get out of it. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I have removed mods, I have checked requirements to run sims 4, and even restarted computer. Still nothing. I just bought one of the expansion packs, and still nothing. I have not been able to play in about 3 or 4 months. I am beginning to thing this was a waste of money. There is also more problems I can not think of right now.

lilstraycat&nbsp; Did you remove your entire Mods folder?&nbsp; If not, please do so now and let me know what problems, if any, are still present.&nbsp; You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.

I removed all my mods and yes it does work. I put my favorite mod back in and it did not work again. That mod is the MC Command Center. It does not let me open or close my business or even get into build mode, save the game, or even exit the game. The only way to get out of my game is ctrl alt delete and end task.
