craftybex What is your current patch level? You can see it in the lower-right corner of the Main Menu, where you'd choose to load a save or start a new one. The current patch is 1.108.335, after a couple of hotfixes went out. One of those was to fix issues with opening the Simology panel, so it's important that you test with a fully-updated game.
