game reset, even though save files are inserted

So those ''invisible llama'' icons were all over my lots. I figured well something's wrong with my game, so I set out  looking for a solution. One article said take all your files out, and back them ...

@Violatorlexi  Your saves are inside a second saves folder, as you can see in the address bar above the list of files.  They need to be directly in ...The Sims 4 > saves.  So just drag them into the first saves folder and get rid of the interior folder, and you should be fine.
