Game says I'm missing Packs for the Sims 4

I'm trying to use old households I made before the last few updates. The game boots but it says I don't have any of the packs when I actually own all of them. I have a load of options missing from CAS what can I do to fix this?

Sims are not dying in Neighborhood Stories
