What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for Journey to Batuu Game Pack, Incheon Arrivals Kit, Modern Menswear Kit, Blooming Rooms Kit, and Moonlight Chic Kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to load into a household.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game gets stuck in a loading screen.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to finish loading.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The game has been taking a very long time to load recently but today the game is stuck in a loading screen. I have repaired the game twice today and it hasn't helped.
