@Abigailnicole76 Sometimes the reason you can't load a household is about something you've done with mods/CC, not just them being there.
- If you removed cooking mods, put those back or try to delete plates/food in Build/Buy mode.
- If you have Growing Together and use CC, add Lumpinou's Milestones Fixes mod.
- If you have a freelance career or gigs mod that doesn't have an available update, remove those mods and then do a Save As within game, then exit and reload the save.
It's worth also checking if switching to DX9 fixes it. If so, you might have DX11-incompatible CC on that lot. You can run a batch fix in Sims 4 Studio for that.
Another thing to try is moving the household to another lot, to separate out the issue.

So I don’t have any cooking mods, I have RPO, healthcare redux/divergent, WW, nisa K, mccc/woohoo and child birth mod. I don’t have the milestone fix but I’ve never had it so I don’t see why my game would be bugged without it now.
im not able to move them to a different lot and my game won’t even load into the family.

@Abigailnicole76 The Milestone fix covers situations for people with Growing Together when CC attached to a Milestone is removed (blocking house loading).
You can't move them using the Household Manager or map?
Try this, please:
Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
Run a Game Repair
Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
Exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
Launch Sims 4 and try again.
