@Abigailnicole76 It hasn't needed an update and is cleared for this patch. But the issue it fixes doesn't affect those other loading problems. Mods do. When you're home, try a clean folder test and Game Repair:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
- Run a Game Repair
- Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
- Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
If that works, start putting old content back:
- Exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
- Launch Sims 4 and use Load to select a save to test.
This mod?? I did see a comment from 5 months ago that says it’s usable so I will definitely try both of them when I get off work!

I was able to get to the map but once I had them move to a new lot it was still stuck on the loading screen, but my other save file for a different family loaded.
does that mean the other save is broken? Can I save it? I’ve done everything you have suggested and it’s still not working.
