Game UI buttons have incorrect symbols

Question

I have recently encountered a weird issue after finally getting my game to launch after reinstalling The Sims 4 to get past the "Initialization error at startup" popup. I've just opened my game and noticed the buttons all look weird or display the wrong symbol.

PC:ideaPad 3i
Windows 11
Game Version:&nbsp;1.105.345.1020
Packs installed: All expansion packs, kits and stuff packs except Crystal Creations.
Mods installed: the CAS 4 column mod, a few others that likely have no effect on the UI.

@k6f4ei905hbe&nbsp;Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
