Does this happen with a new Sims 4 folder as per the accepted solution above?

Thanks. It’s to understand what you mean. Could you do a screen record of your whole screen after launching the game showing it happening, upload to YouTube as an unlisted video and post the link here?Yes I’ll do this later when I get home, thanks 🙂

Thanks! But I really need you to repro this in a clean vanilla game without any Mods. Rename the Sims 4 folder again then launch the game to the main menu so a new one is generated. Quit then COPY the save you loaded in this video into the newly generated Sims 4 > saves folder, then load the game and play as you did before. Does it still happen? If so quit again without saving then load the save again and make a new recording and upload it.
