Thanks! But I really need you to repro this in a clean vanilla game without any Mods. Rename the Sims 4 folder again then launch the game to the main menu so a new one is generated. Quit then COPY the save you loaded in this video into the newly generated Sims 4 > saves folder, then load the game and play as you did before. Does it still happen? If so quit again without saving then load the save again and make a new recording and upload it.Ok so when I do this the game works perfectly. Does this mean something is wrong with my mods or I can't use them anymore?

Yes. Moved your posts to the Mods forum as the Mac Tech forum is for Mac tech issues, not 3rd party content issues affecting Windows and Mac users. Hopefully someone will be able to help you further.
