Game won't connect to the Gallery on eduroam.
For some reason, the game won't allow me to connect to the Gallery when I am on eduroam. I cannot access any online features.

@CrystalCover Hi! You may want to first look for your institution's policy for acceptable use of eduroam. I'm just wondering if perhaps access to the Gallery might not be considered acceptable for this particular service. It's possible that the institution administrator has set up a firewall to block certain online activity. If you do have a justification for accessing the Gallery and there is a policy preventing it, then you probably will need to contact the administrator to provide the justification.
However, if you're certain that your access should be unrestricted, there may be an issue with your antivirus blocking access. Please check this thread for some suggestions regarding problems connecting to the Gallery.
