Game wont go past manage worlds

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? the game will let me create in cas but then wont play
What happens when the bug occurs? it loads then jumps back to manage worlds

Hi, so the game will load and i can create a new household in cas however when i try to then play it will let me chose a lot then click play however it then loads and jumps back to the world screen. I have tried a repair in EA, I have tried restarting my PC and I have tried disabling mods but nothing is working, I have tried to play a previously saved game however the same issue happens and I am not sure what else I can do to fix it
