Since it seems to be your mods, did you weed them out one by one (or folder by folder, if you organized them that way)? I know you said you deleted conflicting mods and broken cc, but it still looks like it's your mods folder ?
If it's not the mods, you can always try doing a reset of your folder in case if the problem is in there.
