@ewitsbrooke Could you try this please?
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Make sure you're doing this with the folder the game sees.
- Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Start with New to test if your issue recurs.
If that works:
- Exit and copy files out of your old Saves, Tray, Screenshots and Videos foldesr into the new folders.
- Launch Sims 4 to test.
If that works, it's time to start identifying what mods.CC are broken. These might have been updated ones, even. They certainly could be anything that doesn't have a more recent version than yours.
