Garden plants no longer increasing in quality and cannot upload to gallery

At first it worked fine, I have my plants in a greenhouse (don't own the kit) and have been working in the garden on a daily basis, using the dragon fruits as my main fertilizer. It worked fine the w...

Update: I can upload households from CAS, and from the main-menu. I just cannot share houses on the gallery.
