Gender bug with either latest patch or werewolves pack

I have noticed a little issue when creating new sims since the latest patch and the werewolves pack (both of which i have). I do play with certain ... non-vanilla mods - and have checked all of them. All are up to date. So, here is the issue. when I create a new female sims, she has the .... bits for both male and female. Most noticable is the male .... bits. (I'm trying to be pc here and also trying not to laugh. It's not easy. lol). As i said, yes i do play with certain non-vanilla mods and have updated them and tried without them. Same deal. However, this is only in CAS, change sim and change outfit mode. The, ah, issue does not appear in game otherwise. It is possible that this is something to do with the werewolves pack or the related patch, as i've only had this occur since i got both. It may be linked in with the other bug affecting the Chest/Breast/Thoracic slider.

Thanks for all the information on this! If this is only happening with your mods, that tells us this is a mod related issue. For specific mod issues like this, you'd want to reach out to the creator of that mod so they can ensure everything is updated and working properly.

@taffster74 I think I have an idea of what mod you're referring to, they made mentioned in the patch notes that v170e fixed this issue.
"Fixed female werewolf body being unintentionally altered"

"Unfortunately, you are required to correct the Sim werewolf body in CAS, but only if your werewolf isn't wearing any clothing."

How that is fixed in CAS, You can't do it that way, not as far as I can see.

But I think you have to cure the werewolf and turn them again (and I know you've mentioned male bits, but strangely, I never had that issue with my female werewolves)

Also, if you use custom... ahem 'bits' for that mod, they may be just out of date since they changed how the rig works as it can be manipulated now (Trying so hard to keep this PG, it's really hard)

@Neechan1 I don't play the supernatural side of the sims, so I haven't experienced what you mentioned. And, I don't use CC for the, ah, bits.

@taffster74 Yeah, this only affected the supernaturals of werewolves, the others in that realm work as intended.

You mentioned you use sliders, I heard that they broke with this GP, but you mentioned that everything was up to date. so that can't be it.

I do know that some of the adult authors have a preview for how it will look on that sim, it's possible that's what's happening, but I doubt it since you said you don't use CC for that.

So, the question I ask is, did you ever delete a file named localthumbcache.package?

This contains data for gameplay, it also stores the data for mods and cc too. I can't guarantee this will work, but it's worth a try

Its located in Documents/ElectronicArts/TheSims4.

@Neechan1 tried this and .... didn't work. and the mod your talking about the latest update is 170f. unless they updated today.

@taffster74 I checked, they did not update today.

Do you think you can send me the mod folder you use? So I can see if I can replicate the issue in CAS? Because I use the same mod and have no issue at all.

And since you say the game works fine without mods, there's a possibility that something in that folder messing with CAS mode.

@Neechan1 Nah, haven't solved it as such, but have narrowed it down... I think. In actual game play it appears but only if I have my female sim wearing a pair of tights with no bottoms. Put bottoms on and, tada, no problem. I'll send you a dm later today. Only just woken up.
