Gender Features Not Working

I will start by saying that I think the way the Sims handles gender and LGBT inclusivity is great. Many other games will add in like, one gay guy, and call it good. Props to the Sims crew.

But I'm noticing some bugs, and I don't know if it's just me or if anyone else is experiencing this.

I made my trans girl sim late last year and didn't have any problems. I only noticed these issues at the start of 2022.

Now that I go back to edit her, here's what I notice:

1. I can't give her fingernails other than the two Brazil kit nails. The options don't even show up. When I try to put nails on cis male sims, they have all the regular options. This ALSO happens with trans male sims. In the picture she has nails, but only because I made her originally last year, like I said, when there weren't any problems.
2. When I go to give her tattooes, she is in the default male underwear. Last year, she was in the default female underwear. Once again this happens with trans male sims too.
3. Trans girl sims aren't given the same styled outfits as cis girl sims. Their range of styled outfits is way less and without mods, only has 3. Even less than there was last year. And two of those outfits are the Star Wars outfits.
4. This one isn't that much of a problem to me, but it is important to note. I can't adjust her...upstairs to be any bigger or smaller. I try to give her a bigger cup size, and it makes her ribcage wider. Unlike with cis girl sims, I can't adjust her bazungas and can only widen her chest. I'll also note that the default bodies you can choose from are all the male bodies with bras on. They used to be different, and were actually trans girl type body shapes.

I hope all these things are just bugs and not a conscious decision because it feels boderline transphobic. Like I said, last year, none of these problems existed. It's only after the last 4/5 updates that I've noticed. For a company who markets their content with LGBT sims, this doesn't feel right. I have no CC, and the only mods I have downloaded are by Maxis.
