@hayleylivenz Did you start the game via Steam ? I'm actually not sure if this works if you have the base game on Steam only. usually to have packs on Origin you need the base game on Origin. Do you have it on Origin as well ?
Since it does show as owned, maybe they do have a special way to make it work though.
Will try to find some info on this.
