Get tampon from box? Help!

Hey - moving this one to the mods section. This is not an option available in the game so I'm guessing you are talking about a mod?

You have to do a few things.

First click on the box and select "Open" you'll see a new icon with an open box. Click on it and select the next option (I think it's Open Tampon?). THEN you click on the tampon and select "Unwrap Tampon."

I have already tried clicking on the box with both LH & RH buttons, NO selection comes up? What I do see is a cogwheel icon on the box, but nothing when I click on that either?

It has to be a mod. The game didn't come with tampons or periods....

Edit: I googled it. It appears to be one of several available from (removed) if anyone wants it.
Edit again: I looked at their site and realized it may not be appropriate to post here as it has adult content that is against forum rules, so I removed the name. But it's easy enough to google tampon mod for sims 4 and find it.

The suggestion I found was to put the box in your Sim's inventory. I'm unclear whether you are then supposed to click on the box in your inventory or the Sim themselves, but you can try both.

You're right. There's an option within the inventory once the box is clicked on to "unpack" box before anything else can be done.

I mostly use that mod for the romance system that beats the stock one any day.

Can you show a picture? Maybe you have a different mod than me.

Not sure whats happened. I have disabled all mods and the purple 'T' boxes are still there? I have deleted them though. Bit confused why I cant use the 'T' word. They are widly advertised on UK TV, so are 'C****** ' for men? Better be careful what I say or I may be deleted.

You can say "tampon" no problem. You can't mention the "WW" mod, however, as it's an R-rated mod. BUT

If you have mods abled, put the box in the sims inventory, click it and open it. then unpack it, then unwrap it.

As @CaptainElsa said, the issue isn't with the tampons it's that they are included as part of an adult Mod. In order to speak freely and not violate the TOS for our forum, I suggest you approach the site you downloaded the Mod from for troubleshooting advice.
