I discovered through another player on this forum, that you can have your Sims attend church. Just set it up as a Holiday, and you can then add the Attend Holiday Services (or whatever it says). It works just fine having only the one event. Then I can have one in the household click on the phone and under work or travel it should say attend services. From there you can choose which household members will go along. No need for a mod. (I say this not being against mods at all, just that in this case it's unnecessary.) ;) Good luck!
