Get To Work add on

I have lost my hospital. From what I have read the only known work arounds only work if you have not saved. I have already saved the game and now have no hospital. It would be nice if we could build one when thia happens. EA I am very disappointed by this.

From the load game screen on PC/Mac, you should be able to select your saved game and then see up to five previous versions of the save file. Try and recover an earlier version from before your hospital disappeared.
