@milligramskobra Please test vanilla to find out if mods are your issue. A BE report is never a guarantee that it's not mods/CC. Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving (so your Sims don't lose traits/CC etc).

@luthienrising I've officially tested the game vanilla and deleted the cache file once again- they still glitch out upon doing a romantic interaction ☹️
