Getting NPC to stop changing the channel on a TV that is Always On.

I have a giant TV outside of my club that I have the MizoreYukii TurnOnTV mod to let it play a singular video on a loop essentially like a large billboard. 

The problem is that when other sims enter the lot they are constantly changing the TV channel. Is there a way to disable the autonomy of an individual objects for every sims in a world? 

There is another mod called NoChangingTVChannelWhenItsInUse but when I install this mod it crashes my game. I have to assume that it conflicts with the AlwaysOnMod. 

Any thoughts on a workaround?

    There are a few options. You can use the autonomy tuning in MC Command Center; if you need support with how, there are instructions on the mod's own website and support from the creator on Discord.

    For other mods to try, there's ClaudiaSharon's No Auto TV.
