Ghost mod

@RoseRyder, If you want a ghost to hang out on a non-residential lot, you just need to get their urn/gravestone and put it at the location. As long as they ghost hasn't faded away, it will regularly hang out at that lot. Not all the time, but regularly. Make the ghost homeless, they don't need a home. The tombstone will draw them to whatever lot you keep it at.

I have an old church that has a vampire bar and mausoleum in the basement and a graveyard in back with lot type "Bar", where I put all the urns/tombstones of my played families after they die. There's always at least a ghost or two hanging out when my played sims visit the bar.
