Glasses clipping on one sim only

For some reason, I'm having issues with clipping for this one sim only.

It happens with every pair of glasses in the game.

I have no cc and the only mod I use is MC Command Center.

I've tried changing her face structure, but the glasses just move with her face and continue to clip.

Other sims in her household can wear glasses with no problems.

She was also able to wear glasses without clipping when she was a child.

Does anyone know what's going on, or how to fix it?
