@jbright0511 This is usually mod-related, in particular mods made by TwistedMexi or that affect the user interface. Remove any of those mods you have and delete localthumbcache.package. If that doesn't help, or you don't have any such mods, remove your entire Mods folder, delete localthumbcache (again), and test.
You can look for updated versions of the mods—it's possible some of them have already been updated for today's patch.
If removing your mods doesn't help, try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
