Glitches and CC problems

GUYS HELP! 😭. 

So after updating my sims 4 and loading it up, I realized that all the options have a glitched out look and all my CC’s have the “preferences” icon on them (the smile face and upset face u see when you’re to select likes and dislikes) I don’t know what to do. Do I delete them all? 😭
