Go To School... Is it any good?
I looked for a thread like this, but couldn't find one. Has anybody downloaded The Sims 4:Get to School mod? If so, is it any good? Is it laggy? Will I be able to play it on a low spec laptop? D...

The only thing I find annoying is the amount of child and teen sims it generates to fill the school. I recommend not adding in the student generator mod it comes with, and just making a few children and teens to move into the world. I love the added dose of realism, too. It's not just friends coming from nowhere. You can actually see your classmates and interact with them, and you choose who your sim interacts with. I also like that it focuses on skills you probably wouldn't have your children and teens build otherwise.
It runs without lag on my desktop, which definitely isn't the best, so I'm sure you'll be fine. :smile:
I'm still not really sure whether to get it...
I get a bit annoyed by the GTW careers (I know, I'm mad), so isn't this mod very similar? What do you think? :)
If you don't like the GTW careers than you will not like this either as it is the same set up.
However, I think it's an awesome way to make friends for your child/teen sim without dragging them to the parks and etc. I like the task that usually spawns at the end to socialize 20 times with classmates. I really enjoy that. ^_^
