Google Drive compression is turning mod script files into zip folders

As stated in the title, I'm having issues with Google Drive taking the script files from all of my mods and turning them into zip folders, which even when unzipped are still folders. I was trying to get my mods set up on another computer of mine without having to figure out every mod I have and redownload everything onto the other pc. Luckily I got all of my cc moved over, which was my main concern because honestly I don't remember most of what I have, but I would really like the ease of just moving them over. I haven't yet tried to run the game with script mods enabled yet to check if I can just run it with those folders instead of the ts4 script files, but I'm assuming it wouldn't run properly. Does anyone know a way to fix this issue?

    @Redaska23  You could zip your entire Mods folder and upload it, then unzip it (right-click and select Extract) once it's on your new computer.

    You can in fact have .ts4script files within a subfolder inside mods, but you can also just take them out again and put them in the main Mods folder.

    Unfortunately I don't have access to the other computer at the moment, only my laptop, and the main reason I wanted to transfer them was to play during this week since I'll be out a few days recovering from wisdom teeth removal. If that's the only solution, then I may need to re-download everything manually. Which since I got my (hundreds of) cc transfered over, it shouldn't be too big of an issue to find the mods I use, using the files in that Google drive as a list.

    @Redaska23  Is there a reason you can't just drag the mods out of their respective folders, once those folders are unzipped, and put them directly inside Mods?  This should work fine.
