Go to settings on a computer and it should be in there under pregnancy

Yeah, I was so busy and had no idea this was going on. He was cute and sadly he is now gone. But I will have another! LOL

can someone tell me how to enable that setting, all i want is for lillith to get pregnant with the grim reapers baby

i just married my sim to the grim reaper in cas, aged him up into an adult and used mcc to start a pregnacy and the gim reaper apperared
