Grim Reaper in normal outfit

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? German
How often does the bug occur? Always
What is your current game version number? 
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except "in love" and some accessory packs and Sets"
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure what have caused it, but probably a mod
What happens when the bug occurs? When the grim reapoer appears he wears a normal outfit over his Reaper Robes
What do you expect to see? The reaper clothes
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I had used Custom Content, so that might have caused the issue but I am not using any now.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Basically my problem is, that the Grim Reaper appears in normal outfits on one of my save games.
I know it might have been a mod that caused this.
So this isn't sorta say a "bug report" but more of a general question if anybody knows how to get him back to his normal outfit. Is there some cheatcode or something to change his clothes back?
Side info: he is fine on all other save file and yes I HAVE tried Factory resetting the game. Which of course didn't change anything since the outfit is bound to him on the specific safe file.

If there isn't any easy fix that is fine too tho. just means I got a grim reaper with weird fashion sense and a thousand yard grin!
