[GRO] Sims forget people from their milestones

EP: Get to Work, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous, Island Living, Discover University, Eco Lifestyle, Cottage Living, Growing Together; GP: Outdoor Retreat, Vampires, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Realm of Magic, Dream Home Decorator, Werewolves; SP: Tiny Living Stuff, Nifty Knitting Stuff, Paranormal Stuff; Kit: Desert Luxe
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a married couple in CAS or a parent & their child. Put them in live mode. Let either of them gain a milestone. Save them as a new tray file. Delete the previous household in the household manager. Place the new tray file in live mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims forget the identity of the people they had milestones with, even though said sims still exist. Spouses retain the married milestone but it does not mention who they married to. Parents retain the had a child milestone but it does not mention anymore who said child is.
What do you expect to see? The milestones retaining the identiy of the people they were made with, especially if all sims included in the milestone are part of the same household.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I was trying to edit some of my pre-existing sims and ran into this bug. I intended to give my single dad sim the milestones of first whoohoo, being engaged and married to a different sim for backstory reasons. After saving the household and placing the new tray file on a different lot the father's milestone does not mention the idenity of his kid anymore. Same problem with a married couple I created. After turning into occults and saving them in a new tray file their milestone for getting married do not mention each other anymore.
