Groceries not being delivered

I play the sims 4 verson of the game and whenever I try to order groceries (through the fridge, if it matters) it says that the person will be there soon and then they never show up, and my household...

@BUNNREMY Do you have the Private Dwelling trait on you lot perhaps?
