Sorry if I asked before but you did also try save as, right ? Do you see a new save file created when you try that (in the file system)

Would you mind disabling all the packs and just try base game
Here's the line you need to copy for that (including that - before disable):

It doesn't matter, if you don't own one of the packs you disable
