I could fix it!!!!!!
1. Sign out of the nightmare EA App.
2. Download Origin.
3. Forget about the big screen that says to change to the EA App.
Do not repair the EA App. Let Origin download all the games you have. In my case, The Sims and Sim City.
3. Wait until everything downloads alone in the background, you'll see the red line in the left-hand corner.
4. Wait until it gets to Growing Together. It will download completely. You will see it says downloading!
5. Press restart the EA App from the big flyer that covers most of Origin-s screen.
7. Start the Game in the EA App and you-ll get the scree that says you-ve got new content.
8. Play In San Sequoia!
Hey
Your the only one with clear directions in human language. I have been able to play in San Sequoia ever since download. But the milestone notifications are active... but not the actual menu on the Simology screen. Any Help ? or Are milestones just going to continue to be memories faded like IRL ? Hoping you have some help for me..

@Zynnzz This is how it shows now. Try doing what I suggested, maybe the installation is corrupted.
- 3 years ago@Zynnzz Mine is the same way, but my aging bar and everything in that section are glitched and overlapping

Mine was the same way and I read that it was the mod UI cheats. I went through my mod folder and saw I had an older version of UI cheats in another folder under my mods. So I had the updated version and old version. Once I deleted the old version the milestones showed up and my simology panel was back to normal. Could be the same case for you. Just make sure if you have mods they are up to date, especially the UI cheats mod. Also that you don't mistakenly have more than one version.
