Yeah I do have laundry day. Sorry for the stupid question what do you mean by how big my save game is? And I do - I’ve just checked and there’s loads of the last exception files

The Size your save game in MBs. So if you go to the saves folder and check the size, how big is it ? If it's > 100 MB, it's probably a problem with save game bloating/too many households being created.
Please upload the actual file. See instructions in the link. Best to delete all these lastCrash/Exception files and trigger the error, then send the new one you get.
