Gshade not opening 12/24

Hello, I have been trying to install gshade for a while but it doesn't seem to work. I have 3 game files - ts4_64 , ts4_dx9_64 and the launcher. I have tried installing gshade to direct x 11 but it doesn't show at all. when i reinstalled it to direct x 9, in game it says it has installed but upon trying the hot key to config settings and open the tutorial ( shift and backspace) it won't open. i've tried everything and nothing has worked. there is no dx9 option in my game options but when i play it seems like the dx9 version is running. any advice would be appreciated
