Half Wall tool missing

I no longer have the half wall tool available in game.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the tool is not available. I have the purchased Digital deluxe verion of the base game. I just wan...

Change from rooms to walls to get the half wall option. You can also select an existing wall and select half wall.
