hang pictures from ceiling away from walls

I'm building a cafe. I want to hang the menu from the ceiling on top of where the counter is. Obviously there isn't a wall there. I've put a spandrel there though.  Whenever I try to hang a menu, it...

    ....that worked! I built a wall behind where I wanted it to be and brought it forward with T.O.O.L. Glad about this 🙂

Thank you, no I have MOO all the time anyway. I've found that anything can float in the air with MOO except things that snap to walls (and walls and fences etc of course). I had the idea to use the T.O.O.L mod so I'm going to try that... I don't really know how to work it but I'm going to give it a shot...
