Hat missing

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.50.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Limited Edition and Get to Work
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not too sure? Maybe install Limited Edition?
What happens when the bug occurs? I'm missing the hot dog hat-- I have the rest of the costume, but I don't have the hat. Trying to download a sim with the hat removes it and gives the usual "item may not be installed" message, but I'm sure I had it at one point. I also have the sombrero which I think came with it which is why this is so confusing.
What do you expect to see? The hot dog hat to be in Create a Sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    The hot dog costume is part of the Up all night content which isn't in the limited edition.

    It's part of the digital deluxe.

    I'm unsure why you have the rest of the costume though,

    OK, thanks. It is really bizarre; I swear I had it at one point, but I've never had the digital deluxe edition.

    I realized this recently.  I down loaded Stanely Humphry Famous Rags to Riches Star on lilsimsie's channel. The picture is correct with the hotdog hat. but when I put him in CAS, there is no hat and no at in the Hat section either.

    Off chance did any one recreate it?

    How can I tell, I did buy the deluxe edition when I bought the sims4? I figured if I am going to buy it might as well get the deluxe lol

    It should tell you in Origin under extra content.

    Up all Night is the one that comes with the costume. You should have a green check mark like on my pic.

    @crinrict nope do not have it.. did not even realize that area existed LOL ok now I know what I will be doing soon... I need that dang hat!

    I have the digital deluxe and when I recently purchased the Eco Lifestyle on CD, Origin would not let me install it, I had to download from them, they also re-downloaded all of my expansions and afterward the hat to the costume disappeared, it is a MAXIS/EA issue which they need to fix but probably never will.
