Have 3 problems :(

Hi, so i have 3 problems with my sims... one of them is that i cant see when my sims are hungry where the hunger thing is suposed to be is blank... the second one is all of the sims including mine have a deep voice, i try and go into CAS to change my sims voice but it dosent do anything she still has a deep voice.... and my last problem is that my sims plumbob has a ring going around it even though she isnt a vampire or a witch this.... i have tried to uninstall my sims to see if it would fix it but it didnt so  can someone please help me??? much appriciated if you can

    @SimsForLife2411 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
