Have you/would you disable emotional deaths with MCCC?

I'm trying to decide whether I want to disable emotional deaths with MCCC or not and I'm curious whether others do. Pros of Disabling: I think that the emotional deaths are ridiculous, and too sens...

I wouldn't just because I have next to no trouble keeping Sims alive in 4. In fact, the last time I tried to kill one it took a rather long time... So I don't see any need and there have been so many ridiculous things in the Sims over the years that very little of it bothers me.
