@Arielys This sounds like a CC installation issue. Try this, please:
- Drag the Mods folder to your desktop and delete the file called localthumbcache.
- Start the game so it creates a new Mods folder. Then exit the game.
- Now download a piece of CC that I know for sure works: Try any build/buy item from peacemaker or a recent outfit piece from greenllamas.
- Install the newly downloaded item into the Mods folder
- Start the game to test.
Let me know if this works, and we can keep the process moving from there.

@luthienrising I did just as you told me and the same error code pops up ☹️ At this point it might just be one of my settings but I have no idea where to start to look for the issue

@Arielys You're getting issues with nothing in the Mods folder but one piece of CAS? If you do this, do you get an error?
- Drag The Sims 4 out of Electronic Arts to your desktop
- Relaunch the game
- Start a new save
If that works, copy your saves from the old folder into the new one and test again.
If that works, add just one piece of CC to the new Mods folder and test.
- 2 years ago@luthienrising I did get an error with a single piece of CAS. The error code was that it was either missing something or damaged.

@Arielys What's the CAS item that caused this?
