@lesbiun Have you tested with no mods in a new save? Drag the Mods folder to the desktop or rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, and try that. This might not be mod-related.

but i dont want to delete my old sims, if I do this, wouldn't it start everything over?

@lesbiun Starting "New" doesn't delete anything. There's a "load" option on the main menu for picking between different saves. I have many!
- 9 months ago@luthienrising okay i went to a new game, and I bought the ingredients and the flour and sugar are showing up, this is without any mods. When I had my mods on my old game, the ingredients still did not show up. what should I do

@lesbiun Most likely you have a cooking mod that's either outdated (check for updates) or is not compatible with the Simple Living feature (check the mod patch for known issues).
