Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

  • @Furrywolf79 An older MCCC cfg file won't break anything. It's just holding on to your settings for when you update MCCC itself. Since you use mods, you can use Broken/Updated Mods & CC to find the ones you need to remove (broken) or update. Any gameplay-related mod that isn't updated or cleared as compatible should be presumed to be broken for now -- it's far too soon after a major patch for all the broken ones to be reported.

Note that if you removed a cooking mod, you should go into Build/Buy and delete plates and food made by that mod. If you have Growing Together, removing CC associated with Milestones causes problems. You can add Lumpinou's Milestone Fixes mod for that.
