Ello EA "Suport" told me to look there too but it is epty besidees one mod...I dont really know why that is in there but it works so yeh :D If the houshold was on the gallari i am pretty shur it is grn now cuz i canot find it :/
I had to remake my pc it was old and filled whit crap so i made it as new and did not know i had to save all my housholds as i saw i cud just logind that time whit my friends pc :D I also dont have anything on my Onedrive but that is probely because i wasent looged ind (I was on Windows7 and now have 10) I dident know how to make onedrive work but on 10 it almost forses you to do it so it was pretty easy :D :D :D
Also i am varry sorry for my ultra bad spelling i hope you can read my wulapyk :D :D :D

Okay. Unfortunately, if you reformatted your computer or did a factory reset without saving your files, then those files are likely gone forever. It does seem odd that you're seeing a mod in your Sims 4 mods folder if you didn't add that after the reset. The only thing I can suggest is to maybe look in your recycle bin to see if anything got sent there during the reset process but I think that's unlikely.
Regarding the gallery, anything you save there should stay until you remove it. So I'm not sure why you're not seeing that household now. Is your UserID the same on the gallery? I tried searching by BackyWolf2402 and did not find any items on the gallery. Do you have a different ID that you used to log in and save that household?

Sad cus that was what i did and no its not in the recycle bin i have delidet the stuff in that some times now :/ And the mod was one i have installed...i spent a day installing my old mods and when i went into the game i saw all the saves were gorn and then i was really confused however it has noting to do whit the mods its clerly cuz i mede a factory reset and got an new windows :/ But now i know i have to opload my housholds if i want to ceep them i case of stuff like this :D :D :D
I think i had one housholde on there but took it down again cuz ewerybody cud see it and yeh it wasent something big so i took it down but now i know i shud just have left it up :D And no i have alwasy had the name BlackyWolf2402 on there :D :D :DI really aprisiot all your help it is really nice to get some closer on this so im not in that is-it-there-limbo anymore :D Now i can just start over...its sad and all that but now i kow :D :D :D Thanks :D :D :D
@BlackyWolf2402 I would be incredibly sad if I lost all my households and lots that I've made. So, I feel your pain. :-( For future reference, it's a good idea to back up your files, especially those files in your tray folder which contains the households and lots information. Just do some research and you will find 32GB thumbdrives for as low as $10. There are even some with 1TB of storage for around $20 but that might be more than you really need unless you also want to back up your saves. Even then, you might only need a few GB of storage. I got that Cloud thing going now and i tink i will just oplode the "good" housholds too :D Then it is safe but it really was because i ford it was saved in the EA storege like if you buy a ned pack then it dosent just disaper if you delite the game from you pc i ford it was the same whit the housholds :D :D :D
But yeh back * up so it dosent disapere that i have lerned :D Im really gald for your help both of you :D It really helped to get closere on this :D :D :D
