(Help Needed) CC Build Disappeared After Pack Download

I've been using this pack with a world save file and it's been working really great. However, today I saw the 50% off of Eco Lifestyle and downloaded it to use. I didn't know that it would ruin the save file.

Is anyone able to help me fix this issue? As you can see some of the buildings are still there, but others are not. I'm not sure why downloading EL caused some of it not to work.
