Help!!! shift click cheat some options are missing sims 4 on my pc

I previously downloaded the **bleep** mod, but then I deleted it (probably not the right way). As a result, when I re-entered the game and tried to shift-click, several commands were missing. What can I do to restore them to normal? 😞😞😞😢😢😢
